3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Standard Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: No refund
• No-shows: Full fare charged

B. Airport Delays

We monitor flight statuses. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time accordingly. We are not liable for airline errors.
